THE BIG IDEA

6.3 million young people aged 3-17 years old suffer from anxiety or depression. STIGMA plays a huge part in students not gaining access to the mental health resources they need, so we want to BREAK the stigma. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to make it as easy as possible for students to gain immediate access to mental health resources. That's why we've teamed up with The Steve Fund which provides FREE mental health resources to young people all around the world.

GET FREE MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

Text the word "Speak" to 833-317-0721 to get FREE mental health resources today. When you text in, you will receive a link to an extensive collection of mental health resources including testimonials, podcasts, and toolkits. That's it! It's really that simple.

SPEAK YOUR MIND

NEXT! Take that one step further and head over to the “Share my Story” section to share your story/your own mental health journey. It could be something you are currently dealing with, something that you overcame, etc. Every story is important. What you have to say may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

FREE MENTAL HEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS!!!

Ten students who share their story will be randomly selected to win 3 months of FREE therapy sessions, thanks to our partner BetterHelp!
